| PIN is a Personal Identification Number allocated to fully
empanelled member respondents. It’s a one time exercise , and enables us
to have all the relevant information about the respondent at one place.
Thereafter, the person is never required to enter lengthy personal and
contact information on every transaction at Corp Scan Online. A simple
mention of PIN is sufficient to know about the respondent, preferences
and constraints etc..All the transactions are recorded against the PIN on
the records of Corp Scan. |
| |
|
| |
Obtaining of PIN assigns a preferred member status to the
respondent. Such people with PIN avail full benefits as stated under:
1.They get the first opportunity to take the Online Survey; as it opens to the members; prior to the non-members.
2.The incentives that they earn every time are compoundable and they
have the option of either accumulating it or any-time redemption.
3.They can view their 24 x 7 passbook statement having credits, debits
and balances mentioned therein for the activities / transactions.
4.They have the voice to suggest, advice and recommend vis a vis Survey
administration by Corp Scan Online. They can make comments, feedbacks,
suggestions - any expression of opinion and it shall appear with your
photograph over the web site at Corp Scan Online.
5.They can redeem the incentive points where as a TIN holder can only
view his or her points on the passbook statement but not redeem.
6.They can take the Surveys online without the hassles of repetitive
mentions on personal and contact information. It’s like self check in
at the airport and getting the boarding rights without any human
intervention. |

| Normally,
its discouraged to take the same survey more than once by the same
person; as it tends to bring in bias at the time of analysis of the
submitted data at our end. However, out of enthusiasm and intentions to
learn you may take more than once using your TIN, to help those who are
trying their hand for the first time at the online surveys, but the
points will be credited only for ONE Survey that you completed and
submitted successfully. You can help other respondents in the process
to make them understand as they take the survey. |
| |
|
| |
| Points are awarded for only completes you achieve while doing the survey, No credits for incompletes or terminates. |

Thank you for your time, however you did NOT qualify for this survey and are not eligible for the incentive (disappointed………)
First, we understand how frustrating it is to go to a survey and not
qualify. Corp Scan only gets paid if you complete the survey, so we are
rooting for you to finish any survey we invite you to.
Being qualified (or disqualified) in a survey could be as simple as you
turning from 24 years old to 25 years old today... meaning that if we
are looking for 24 year olds for the survey, but you turn 25 today (and
enter 25 in the survey)
you would not qualify. Another way of disqualifying is if you recently
moved and did not change your zip code in your profile and we invited
you to take a survey based on your 'old' zip code. If you entered your
new zip code area you would disqualify, because the client would have
been targeting your old zip code area. The best way to keep from
disqualifying is to keep your profile updated (click on Edit My Account
Information, after you login to your account). |
| |
| Here is a brief explanation: |
| |
We
try not to ask too many questions when users are registering, so the
process doesn't take too long... but as a result we only have the info
we requested when registering. That means sometimes we have to ask
members to a survey who may or may not qualify, but only in cases where
we were unable to collect targeted information during member
registration. For instance, if we needed people who use premium car,
and we don't have that information in your profile, we will ask all of
our members to this survey to see who qualifies. We try not to do this
often, because if only 10% of our members qualify (use premium car),
then the other 90% who responded and did not qualify are now unhappy
that they wasted their time. We are committed to sending our members as
many surveys as we possibly can... but we always run the risk of making
people upset because they may disqualify.
Another example of disqualifying is that if the client wants 100 people
in each of the Indian States to fill out their survey, we may send out
to 500 people in each State to make sure that 100 people in each State
respond. The few who respond late – after we've reached 100 won't
qualify as that 'state quota' will have been filled when they get
there. We at Corp Scan hope everyone qualifies... our revenue is based
solely on those who complete a survey (on a price per complete basis).
We want you to finish every survey we send you, but the possibility of
disqualifying is part of the process.
Surveys are getting more and more 'targeted' to the specific needs of
our clients, so we find that more and more people are disqualifying. We
are going to start to do something about this. Corp Scan is going to
begin asking more questions of our members upfront (you will see this
in the coming months), to get the target needs of our clients. We walk
a fine-line between asking too many questions and becoming intrusive
and people becoming unhappy because we send them an invitation to a
survey that they may not qualify for... so please bear with us.
We hope this information was helpful. Kindly keep your profile updated
and please check out our FAQs for more info. |

In
order to credit your points, you need to submit the Survey ID and the
end completed page, Its suggested to note down the Survey ID before you
start the survey, and it can stored as a reference for claiming
incentive points, giving the Survey ID to the support team will speed
up in clarification your queries. |
| |
|
| |
You
can use "Suggest A Friend" link and invite up to 25 people at once
single click, when they join us, they will asked referred by, when they
provide your email ID, then the referred incentive points will be
credited to you, which you can check in your passbook, where in the
person joining through will be mentioned in the passbook. |
| |
|
| |
Survey
points are credited only for completed survey we do not award points
for incompletes. In order to credit points to your account you need to
submit the Survey ID at the end landing page. |
| |
|
| |
| The
referred person needs to actually empanel to earn you both a point each
in favour. Further, the person empanelling through your referral needs
to give your email ID and name in the “referred by” field during
empanelling process, only then points will be credited to you account. |
| |
|
| |
The
reason could be the survey was left incomplete by you or it got
terminated on two accounts – you didn’t qualify the requisite
parameters for the particular survey or the quota of responses in your
category as respondent was fully achieved. |
